A good example of this is one of our members who joined us to launch a new branch in Oslo. With our network and support, they’ve quickly established themselves in the market, creating a win-win for everyone. As we help our members achieve success, they often return to us for additional space as their needs grow.Our business model is to sublet space to committed members, supporting their growth and success.

We are committed to giving back to the community. One example is our annual Christmas pot, where we collect donations and gifts for those in need within the district. This initiative is being professionalized to extend its reach, and we collaborate with the Nordre Aker district, which is also a member of our community.
